Submitting a support request
To help us resolve your issue, include as much of the following as possible:
- The domain or report link involved.
- The scan type, if known.
- The approximate date and time of the issue.
- The account email or organisation name, if relevant.
- The browser and device used.
- Screenshots, if helpful.
- A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, payment card details, secrets, or sensitive personal data through the contact form.
Privacy and data subject requests
You may contact us to exercise rights that may apply under data protection laws, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or other applicable rights.

Reporting a security issue

Reporting unauthorised scan or report concerns

- Evidence of ownership or authority, if available.
Tesoniq may review, hide, annotate, restrict, or remove reports where appropriate. Taking action on a report does not mean Tesoniq admits fault, confirms ownership, or accepts liability.
